I love them. They are so liberating - disolving all tensions and stress. I can dance, I can enjoy this moment, and my life is becoming an amazing adventure.


Rei-Ki

It's a very gentle thing, no jumping up and down. Everybody can be a healer and with Re-Ki things go somehow faster and easier. Just open your heart.



Qigong

Qigong is a very good everyday exercise to keep your body in good shape and to assist recovery from illnesses and injuries.

First I learnt Fragrant Qigong at the Humaniversity. It's an easy one and I keep practising it almost every day. It takes only 15-20 minutes. Recently I found Zhineng Qigong classes in Dunedin.
